This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord. Explanation: The verses of Isaiah chapter 54 prophesy the restoration of Jerusalem under the reign of Darius. His words are intended to spread hope among the population, reminding them that God has never abandoned them. At the beginning of the chapter, Jerusalem is compared to a barren woman. For this reason, here is a brief summary of the situation.<\/p>\n<p>Chapter 54 of the book of the Prophet Isaiah is located in the second part of the book from chapter 40 to 55. The main theme of this part of the book is<strong> the promises for the exiles of Babylon and songs of the Servant of Yahweh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Isaiah as a good prophet of the Lord tries to encourage his followers by proclaiming the word of God<\/strong>. In those times of distress and poverty, the captives of Babylon were losing faith and thought that God had abandoned them. Isaiah stands before them and recites these noble words, giving them hope for a better future.<\/p>\n<p>In this chapter specifically, <strong>Isaiah speaks of how Israel will have prosperous times and teaches Christians to overcome life&#8217;s sorrows and disappointments<\/strong>.
